Nausea help?!?

Madeline

I’m about to hit 6 weeks tomorrow and the nausea just keeps getting worse. I’m doing all the tricks I can - staying hydrated, eating small and plain meals, avoiding hunger and strong smells, peppermints, etc.

Any other ideas???

Is anyone else just ready to get past this all day “morning” sickness???

I’m week 10 and the nausea has only gotten worse. Everyone keeps telling me that it’ll get better in the second trimester. I’m hoping so. Preggie Pop Drops help and morning sickness candies help. You can find both at Target. I’ve been told about B6 and Unisom too but haven’t tried it yet. My first dr’s appt is this Tuesday so I’m hoping maybe she can prescribe me something. 🥺 best of luck to you!!

I’m going to say a bland flavor of frozen yogurt? Maybe some crackers with a tiny bit of jelly.. and water! Always.. I tried! Hope it helps if you try!!

Mine hit hard at 7 weeks and only got worse. My midwife had me try B6 and unisom but the B6 didn’t work. I’m on zofran now and that’s helping.
