Anyone have Memory loss bc of trauma
I am having trouble recalling events and things. I believe it’s associated w my traumatic relationship w lots of emotional abuse. It fills up my mind and occupies my thoughts so when I’m somewhere experiencing something (say a zoo) I don’t remember the trip bc my mind is busy keeping up a facade that everything is fine when it’s rly not
