6 weeks old and rash

Anyone know what this could be from? We had 2 dogs and 2 cats. She was having trouble with her breathing and the dr said it’s probably allergies to the cats so we rehomed them with family. But everyday she’s been breaking out with these rashes that come and go. She’s not hot at all, it’s actually pretty cold in our home but we keep her comfortable.. so not a heat rash. Could it be the dogs? Or what could it be from? No change in creams, detergent etc
