Sits but doesn't roll?

My baby sits on his own, but doesn't really roll yet. Anyone else? Should I be worried? He will still barely tolerate tummy time. He has rolled before, but just one off kinds of things. It never really developed into a frequent occurrence.

My boy is crawling already and still isn’t rolling over.  He’s done it a few times but not really consistent.  Daycare has even noted that they will put him in his crib to nap on his back and he wake up crying (he likes to sleep on his tummy) wanting to roll over but won’t.  
He will roll over if we are playing and I put toys out of reach… but it’s pretty rare.

I wouldn’t be too concerned. All babies grow and develop at their own pace. Maybe just encourage more tummy time and help assist him with rolling back to front/front to back. 
You mentioned he hates tummy time. Have you possibly tried getting on the floor with him, so he doesn’t feel too alone? Another idea is to put him on your tummy while he’s on his tummy and he may adjust to more tummy time that way.
