Cheating or not?

Say your bf is getting robot chicks hitting him up constantly. And him replying begging for ass pictures, talking about getting a hotel. Asking their age, letting them know he's off work and where to meet. Offering to give 100 dollars for head. ALL WHILE PREGNANT IN THE LAST TRIMESTER WITH HIS BABY. Would leaving him be considered as overreacting. I'm being told that it is indeed not cheating.
