2nd pregnancy; 1st since my C-section

So my first child (daughter) was born via emergency csection. I was in labor 48+hrs; 24hrs with my water broken. She was brow facing (eye coming first) I would have had to be 13cm, and I was 9.5cm when they figured this out and realized I needed an emergency C-section. That was in 2019.

Well I just found out I’m pregnant after a miscarriage in August 2021. I’m about 5weeks now, give or take but I’m not sure. I say all this to say:

What can I expect from my body growing and stretching? Specifically from my scar area/panty line area. I’ve been having a little pain near my scar but I’m not sure if that’s normal or not. Thanks for any help.

I’m scared but hopeful because I’m feeling symptoms of pregnancy which I didn’t have in July/August with my miscarriage.
