Help please
My daughter was carrying a chair into the kitchen and she tripped over my sons bike. It caused her full big toe nail to detatch but it is still stuck on to the skin. She wouldn't let me touch it so I have put a bandage round it for now and a fluffy sock so the nail doesnt catch. Does anyone kmow what I meed to do? Does she need to go to the doctor and have the townail removed or will it just fall off? I just don't want it getting infected.
