Friend being weird about my pregnancy

So my two friends and I have been friends for over 10 years now. I moved a few years ago but still see them when I go back to my hometown and we text in our group chat pretty often. Well one friend had been ttc for a few months before me but I ended up pregnant first, not purposely of course. I tried to be gentle with the news as I know it’s a sensitive subject. We’ve spoken multiple times about methods to help her out such as certain medications and using ovulation strips and it’s never been weird between us. Well the past few months now, any time the other friend brings up anything about my pregnancy, the other friend (ttc friend) completely ignores it. She never asks how I am and just ignores it altogether. Not gonna lie, I’m starting to feel pretty hurt about it. Not sure if I should confront her about it or leave it be and keep my distance from her if she can’t be supportive. Needing advice!!
