Waiting after ovulation

I am struggling with the anxiety of waiting for the week of my period. Last month I had a chemical pregnancy. I was completely devastated and confused. Now waiting and watching days go by is killing me. Next week I have an OBGYN appointment. I will be 9 days out of my ovulation and I read they can detect pregnancy by blood sample. However, doctors won’t usually do it.

I am trying to keep calm and wait patiently but I really want this. Any tips to help with my anxiety.
