Sorry for how long this is :)

At first I went to a endocrinologist to look at my thyroid cause I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism about a year ago, so she did a blood sample and did a scan. My blood results came back that my levels was normal, the scan was abnormal but she wasn’t worried. But I have symptoms of PCOS, so she diagnosed me with that. She put me on Metformin and told me to go to a dietitian that is a nurse practitioner that’s in her office. I went to the dietitian for weight loss cause I was near 300lbs. I’ve lost over forty pounds with the metformin and just ate healthier. The last two or three appointments with the dietitian she has been going back in fourth with my medicine. For instance, one appt. She told me to stop with the metformin cause of constipation, then the second appt. Put me back on metformin but two doses and ozempic for weight loss, then the third appt. She put me on levothyroxine(thyroid medicine). And continue with metformin and ozempic and referred me to a obgyn cause I haven’t started my period in over three months. This was all within two months. My concern is I’m worried that the dietitian is making me take all this medicine for the weight loss but not considering in the future I want to be able to have children. I’m 19 and I always had my mom come to appts with me, but now I’m doing all of this on my own. I just don’t know how to advocate for myself. I’m also concerned that the dietitian is making all the changes with my medicine and not talking to the endocrinologist even though the endocrinologist is the one that diagnosed me with it and prescribed me with metformin.
