CD 3 - bloodwork/levels, any advice?

I was dx with Hypothyroidism when I was 11, my levels are 3.39, and the doctor wants them between 1-2.4, so he increased my medication (which I'll be starting tomorrow.)

I also got my bloodwork for my fertility, here are my results:

Estradiol: 24.0

FSH: 13.8

Luteinizing Hormone: 9.0

Prolactin: 9.40

I'm still waiting to hear back from my doctor, but does anyone have what these results mean? I've been googling, and I think I'm close to premenopausal or have PCOS?
