6 month old fever and high heart rate

Our 6 month old baby had her vaccinations yesterday. All of the normal schedule + a flu vaccine.

It’s been about 36 hours and she has started to develop a fever. We gave her Tylenol and called her pediatrician who said it’s normal (even though it’s been so long).

We also just noticed her heart rate is quite high. Around 170. I know as adults our heart rates raise with a fever but is that concerning for a baby?

I’m just praying that she is okay. Ugh. 😢
