Sticky cm and nauseous

My last "period" was January last month but I had unprotected sex three days later I was spotting light in the morning for couple hours went away nothing where I got stained ..then week later I get my "period" which was weird because it lasted 4 days no cramps not heavy .. I usually get bad cramps heavy flow and last a whole 7 days . then now I noticed I am sticky down there my husband pointed it out I've been sticky down there for 3 days everytime me and my husband would have unprotected sex. And I have been emotional..mad at him for smallest things...moody...I feel really nauseous.. what could this be ?
