Constant cervix pain

I’m 35 weeks and I’m not sure if this is normal - I’m having this intense cervix pain that sticks around for awhile. It is the same feeling/pain as lightning crotch but it isn’t quick and lasts for a long time. I get frequent Braxton Hicks that are painful and close together (my doctor knows) and I wonder if they are dilating me? I feel like I’ve had to put myself in bed rest because the pain in my cervix is so bad that it has me doubling over. Anyone else have this and was it anything serious or just end of pregnancy pains?

-I didn’t have this pain with my other two kids. My daughter was born at 35 weeks but I’m on progesterone shots with this pregnancy so I would think that it would stop any pre term labor from happening.
