Nexplanon Removal

I just got my Nexplanon removed and replaced on Monday. They told me to wait 3 days to remove the bandaids and steri strips and today would be 4/5 days. It doesn’t hurt and didn’t hurt when I removed the bandaid but it looks like this. I feel like it looks open and not healing but I’m not sure. Idk if I should just let it be and see if it’ll start healing on it’s own or if I should go back to the doctor and ask about it. It’s my first removal so I’m not sure what it’s supposed to look like and I’m pretty scared.
