Cough?

Hey y’all! I have had an ongoing wet cough for close to 3 months now and wanted to see if anyone else relates or can give insight? My doctor has listened to my lungs and checked things but he said they sound fine and it looks okay. He said it could be from acid reflux, i cough up white or very pale yellow mucus throughout the day, but I don’t have any other symptoms (besides other normal pregnancy symptoms like shortness of breath, etc), no fever, etc. Is this a pregnancy thing anyone can tell me is normal!?
