Std testing?

I have no friends are really need some advice or tell me if I'm overthinking it..

So don't ask me how I was able to see more deep inside my vagina (cervix) but I did. I seen some white top blisters. There was 3. I started looking on google and according to that it says it can be hpv or herpes. I have an appointment today at 2. I had tested in October for a full std panel I understand a lot of things stay dormant for years. Anyway... my bf now of 5 months wasn't reacting the way I thought he would. Because according to him he has a year without being sexually active and that last time he was he had tested for stds and he's "clean". Las night he was crying on the phone telling me he was scared for me because he doesn't know what it is and why all of a sudden things are happening to me that wouldn't happen before him. So I asked if there was something I needed to know he said "no I'm just seriously concerned about you I'm scared about what will happen after if u find out you have something I don't want to be the person who gave you something" honestly idk how to feel about that. Any advice? Is he being supportive because he knows something I don't know?
