Venting

So I'm about 21 weeks with my second child a baby girl. In my first pregnancy I found out I had incompetent cervix I went into labor at 27 weeks was hospitalized at 29 weeks and gave birth at 33 weeks to my son. Well this time around not only do I have incompetent cervix but I also have placenta previa and now since I'm 21 weeks I have been trying to take it easier so I dont get hospitalized again because the hubby and I cant afford for me to be hospitalized with a toddler and him working. My job knows of my first complication and they also know of this time around complications but they seem insensitive when I call off work because I am full time for my maternity leave to be paid but I cant really work full time hours due to my complications because I'm trying to take it easier so I dont get hospitalized and I just feel like a complete undependable employee but I honestly can not help it at this point. It's just stressful because I get told well hope you learned your lesson of having kids or your unreliable or your just creating drama or I'm lying so I dont have to work because I'm lazy or I'm undependable.
