Period Cramps without Period?

What’s the longest that you’ve had occasional cramps before your period? Have you ever had cramps but no period with a BFN?

I have PCOS so I’m used to irregular periods however, if I don’t get a period, I wouldn’t get any symptoms leading up whereas if I was to get my period, I’d get cramps as soon as 5-6dpo.

My last period was in December and a week and a half leading up to my predicted fertile week in January , I had occasional cramping which led me to believe that I already ovulated. I monitored my CM and Everytime I got EWCM, I’d test with an opk and it was low numbers. So after a while I just assumed that I missed my window and didn’t bother testing anymore.

The week of my predicted fertile week (via Premom which has been accurate for the last few cycles) I took another opk test and the numbers were non existent so I threw my hands up and waited patiently for my period to come.

I am currently 8-16 days late and my easy@home pregnancy tests are coming up negative. Yet I still have mild cramping with nausea and headaches.

TMI, last night while I was BD, I got a pain that shot up through the middle of my lower stomach, right beneath my belly button. We weren’t being rough either but it stopped me in my tracks as I never felt this pain before.

I’m in the middle of getting a new doctor because I had to switch insurances so I can’t get a check up right away.

Have y’all ever experienced this ? Has easy@home hcg tests ever gave false negatives?
