Worried

Hello, I am 7 weeks pregnant as of today, first pregnancy ever. I haven’t been cramping painfully or consistently since I first found out which was 3 weeks ago, but noticed when I wiped there was very faint and a tiny amount of brownish discharge, so I decided to take a tampon and I inserted it a small ways and pulled it out and there was again a super small amount of brownish discharge. I haven’t felt pregnant this whole pregnancy, no nausea nothing besides a runny nose and a small amount of nipple sensitivity that feels kinda normal. But anyways, this brownish discharge is concerning…. I have my first appointment in 4 days.
