Need some advice

So I’ve gotten many positive pregnancy tests last night/this am. I am getting nervous because starting on the 6th of feb I bled for about 3 days and it all stopped on 9th. No cramping, no pain but I did need a tampon/menstrual cup. Should I go in just to make sure everything is okay? I haven’t had any severe pain or anything. Just tender boobs, and peeing a ton. I’ve never had bleeding implantation or any other kind during my two previous pregnancies which were born healthy.
