The last pic is the day I was in lot of pain I wasn’t really bleeding and then it got heavy and this came out and it’s been heavy Since and earlier this came out when I was changing my tampon is this pregnancy tissue I need help!!

It looks like a normal period. If you didn’t have a positive pregnancy test, there is no reason to assume you’re having a miscarriage.
