Upset and need to rant

Not sure what to do anymore. Trying for number 2 for 6.5 years. June will be 7 years! GP referred me to gynae to investigate pelvic pains. They felt my belly and cervix. Was over very quick. They said everythings fine and referred me back to GP. I had an ultrasound that said everythings normal. Yet on my last 5ish scans over the last 14 years i had cysts on my ovaries which are now gone. Gynae and GP said i should go to a fertility clinic. Im so confused. I have an 8 year old and im 37. The fertility clinic are not going to help me. I dont fit the NHS criteria. I thought gynae would have at least done a laproscopy as i have strong family history of endometriosis. Feeling so miserable. I know i am out of time. Its over. I am out of options. I still dont have answers.
