Breech babe! Could he have flipped?

So last week at my 36 week ultrasound babe was breech. Today I felt his hiccups way lower in my pelvis area when normally they are up by my belly button. So I got my Doppler out and found his heartbeat where I thought to feel the hiccups! Down low! I’ve been doing all kinds of exercises, the frozen veggies on my belly anything to try to flip this babe! I have my ecv scheduled for tomorrow. Does it sound like he could of possibly flipped on his own? I found the heartbeat in two parts. Down low pelvis and then near my belly button but the one down below sounded like horses throttling and the one by my belly button more of a swish sound. The one down below Def sounded stronger and clearer. I am praying they tell me he flipped tomorrow before the ecv! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
