Upper arm swelling

Hey so I just woke up and my upper right arm was swollen and It felt like my blood isn’t circulating good on that arm. I also have my whole arm down to my hand feeling tingly and uncomfortable. Has anyone else had this or know what could be happening? I thankfully have an appointment in the morning but I’m freaking myself out and google only freaked me out more.
