Labial tearing - how best to manage?

I’m 3 days pp and really struggling hard with a labial “graze”.

No stitches to labia but I did also have a 2nd degree tear that was stitched but out of the two it’s the labial tear that’s causing me the most pain 😫

I’m trying to wash frequently, but really struggling to pee. I squirt water, lean forwards etc but it doesn’t help much and the stinging makes me go so lightheaded. I can just about pat myself dry but even that hurts so much 😔

Already taking painkillers to try and help but does anyone have any tips/suggestions? Because of where it is, every time I have a bit more blood loss or a pass a clot it’s agony too 🥴

I braved a quick look after a shower and can see it really is just a nasty graze, I can see why they wouldn’t stitch it but omg it’s so sore!!
