PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION - Vaginal or elective c-section

Hi moms of Glow, so I have a dilemma, I am a FTM, I am currently 39w and just had an appointment with my dr which has no specific recommandation on a birth option for me. I can pick a vaginal or a c-section and during these months I tried to focus on a vaginal birth, but lately I got more and more scared of it, I am terrified of ending up with an urinary incontinence or an episiotomy as I have a narrow pelvis. I have hemorrhoids so I am also scared that a vaginal birth may make them worse. I had an ecoptic pregnancy which was surgically removed and I know that the first 2 weeks are painful, but in the long run I had no other side effects or complications. I also experienced some false contractions last week and I am scared of the unpredictability of a vaginal birth, I hate pain and I want to know your stories. What would you do if you were me?
