Over heating during pregnancy

Im pregnant with my 2nd. My first pregnancy i visited my home country during the summer, i couldnt even last 45 min outside, i was overheating every-time i went out 😭. I would get light headed and a little dizzy. It wasnt even humid. It was just hot sun. Now with my second baby im considering going home again but the thought of overheating is making my reconsider. Its winter where i am now and i like winter for the first time lol. Has anyone gotten this issue, did you just not go outside in the summer?
