Chemical pregnancy ?

Hi i dont know to much about chemicals just that its an early pregnancy that doesnt implant . How soon would we know were experiencing a chemical and what signs show that its a chemical ?

I had mine at 5 weeks. 
So what happened actually was I took a pregnancy test and was positive when I was 4 weeks then I did another one and was very faint and digital test showed not pregnant. 
I was expecting my period any day. I was at work and all of a sudden I had a really baaaad cramps and I was heavily bleeding, I almost fainted. I went to the ER immediately. Blood works showed very low BHCG and US confirmed nothing in my uterus. I bled for 6 days same as usual period but more intense. I was discharged with antibiotics, I then went for a follow up after 2 weeks and BHCG was negative. The doctor told me, live your life, If you want to take a break or try again it is all up to me. I decided to give myself time to physically and emotionally heal. I won’t lie it was very hard. I didn’t share the good news with anyone, we did not celebrate, I was hard to tell people that we had an early miscarriage. I was traumatized, it was my first time to be pregnant. 
We had 1 month break then we started trying again. 
That was my story with chemical pregnancy and currently we have been trying for 6 months. Pray for us ♥️

The main sign is that you’re bleeding and your hcg dropping/not doubling. I had a chemical last year and I started bleeding at 5 weeks and my hcg dropped pretty quickly.

I had a chemical in December. I could test early on the 4th so I did and it was negative. I decided on the 7th that I’d test again for fun and it ended up being positive. My period was supposed to come on the 8th. My boobs hurt, I had to pee constantly, and certain smells were very strong to me. I tested each day from the 7th-10th. On the 10th my test seemed a bit lighter than the rest. I didn’t test on the 11th because I ran out of them. I tested on the 12th and again it was a bit lighter. I started spotting later on that day and on the 13th, I started bleeding VERY heavily with terrible cramps and lots of clots. I tested again and there was no line at all and my pregnancy had occicially ended. My boobs stopped hurting that day and I stopped peeing so much also.

I got a vvfl at 9 dpo, I kept testing throughout the week and the lines never got any darker. I started bleeding a week after my first positive
