Would this be a deal breaker for you?

So i have been apartment hunting for almost 3 months. I finally thought i found the apartment building i can afford and i love. They have a gym and a pool and the layout seem nice. I went to their facebook to read reviews and see more photos of what their layouts look like. I am expecting and trying to find out as much before making a trip to see the actual units. So i read reviews, most are good, some complain about management etc. Then i decided to go to the pages of the people with good reviews, being that a lot of people post photos of their places and daily lives. I know it was nosy of me. I went to two pages, seem like decent people. I went to one more, and its a guy in his 50s or 60s. I scroll through his photos, and omg this man is secretly taking pictures of random stranger women asses. There are women at bus stops, women walking the park, some pictures you can tell are from his apartment high up, just a bunch of back side photos, and horrible phone quality. Tells me when he is out and he sees a nice ass he takes pictures of you from behind. He has so many photos and the captions are even weirder like one said “she told me to take it so i did”. I know there are all times of weirdos out in the world and the apartment complex is big. But something about this resident turned me off to rent at this building. It sucks because ive been looking everywhere and i thoughts i finally could have found a place. But the thought of possible running into him on the elevator just scares me. I dont want to pay all this hard earned money just to be watching my ass, literally, some old man taking pictures of random womens asses and posting on his facebook.
