Help, follicular scan questions??

Dr believes I may have Ovulated early (didn’t see any follicles but had positive opk cd(11-12) and wants me to get my progesterone checked in a week has anybody had this happen before with Clomid & femara or either or and what ended up happening? Also idk is it a good or bad thing to not have free fluid? 🧐 I’m losing hope at this point… I was so sure I’d get good news. I’ll post the opks below 👇
