What is going on

So I’ve had this itchy feeling off & on for a few months now nothing is irregular at all besides this itchy uncomfortable feeling I get. I’ve had blood tests & pee tests for stds & all came back negative. I’ve been prescribed antibiotics still didn’t work I have also taken medication for yeast. I don’t understand at this point I’m getting so tired of it it’s really taking a toll on my confidence. Has anyone else experienced something like this at all I feel so alone.
