How soon after an early miscarriage have people tried again and been successful? What about after chemical pregnancies or blighted ovum? Anyone successfully conceive before their period returned?

Waiting on my period….. feels like waiting for rain in this drought! 🤪 for real though. I don’t know when it’s going to come back and I’m going a little nutty waiting.

We had back to back very early losses, was not able to get medical care/lab work because apparently doctors offices just don’t call you back anymore lol (actually had called to do pregnancy confirmation blood work so I’m not entirely upset that they didn’t call back because then I’d have to make someone uncomfortable and be like YEAH don’t need that anymore) so without medical diagnosis I can only guess, but I seemed to have a chemical pregnancy then an early loss back to back. (Dark line positive tests that eventually got lighter and then no lines, then the same thing but also with bleeding)

I’m hoping to try again soon but period still hasn’t returned. Last period was January 1-5th.
