I Have No Woman Figure to Ask These Questions To

I’m 19 so I feel it’s time I need to get my first time at the gynecologist out of the way. Not to mention I’m sexually active so it’s always good to make sure everything down there is 💯

QUESTION #1 - What I’m actually trying to ask is what type of appointment do I need to schedule?

My mom passed away right after my 17th birthday & I live with my dad & I don’t have anyone to talk to about woman stuff yk. Even if I asked he probably wouldn’t know anyway😂. I don’t really know how to go about scheduling the appointment.

QUESTION #2 - My mom passed from breast cancer & her doctors had told me that when I turned 19 I would need to “get my breast checked” (can’t remember what it’s called) What doctor does that?😂 And what is it called when a doctor checks for lumps and stuff?
