How do you use public toilets?

Whenever I use the public toilets I squat or hover. I’m a short person, around 5”. It’s very frustrating because whenever I use the toilet, pee goes everywhere. (I know embarrassing) I have to stop and move in closer but I DO NOT WANT TO TOUCH THE TOILET. I clean it after w toilet paper. How can I avoid this? Are there any other ways I can use the toilet without ever sitting or touching it? Or at least a way where I don’t get pee all over the toilet? I also have to use my hands and spread my butt cheeks so I don’t piss on myself. Even though sometimes it gets on me and I always use too much toilet paper.

Don’t come at me, I know this is embarrassing, I’m trying to be as clean as possible.
