How would you handle this

You rent a home from a family member. You have been tenants for about seven years, never missing a month's rent, having a very professional tenant/ landlord relationship.

Said family member comes to stay as a guest for a month while they are in between homes.

Said family member states upfront that they are not there to interfere, take over nor get in the way, but is doing just that. They have taken it upon themselves to clear out the garage and have a removal company remove what they deemed as junk. They have taken it upon themselves to rearrange furniture. They have taken it upon themselves to hire a cleaning company to come in on an on going basis (at our cost, of course). They have gotten angry at me as the wife for having males I have never met come into the house for work.

We splurge over weekends (as in, just getting takeaways for lunch and dinner on Saturday only, and also having a snack like chocolate or crisps) because we are strict with our eating habits during the week, and they have comments about our eating habits constantly.

When bringing up these concerns, they throw in your face that this is their house.

How would you handle this?
