Sooooo confused, high progesterone and not pregnant

Hey everyone hope some people have experienced this. I am currently towards the end of my first round of femara 5mg. Last month I took clomid and my progesterone came back 31. This month on 7DPO my level came back at 49.4. I don’t understand how this is possible and still not getting pregnant. We have confirmed SO’s swimmers are great but 49.4 seem extremely high when in the past before weight loss I couldn’t get a level over 20. Has anyone else experienced this and what did you do different to get pregnant?
