First time mom 19 year old,sick baby, need advice

I and my 4 month old son both have a pretty bad cold..I'm putting so much effort into helping him be okay that it's taking all my energy which is making me even more sick...so it's harder too take care of him.

Anything I do barely helps him..I'm sleep deprived..having mom guilt...frustrated...feeling sick as a dog.

He won't sleep unless I'm walking around holding him,I tried the baby carrier(he usually loves it)but he just fusses in it!

Tried saline for his clogged nose and it just gets worse,tried the fridababy nose suck thing and it just gets clogged again 3 minutes later,tried baby vixrub(on me and him) and it just makes him keep rubbing his face for some reason(I put on his feet,chest,neck) I tried warm showers,warm bottles,warm bath..nothing is working!! I've been giving him infant Tylenol(doctors suggestion)and it only helps a little.only thing that helps is walking around holding him but its taking everything out of me too do that..

Not too mention our house mates wife still expect me too watch THERE kids and clean up after them! They kept sneezing and coughing around the baby and not covering there mouth(after I told them multiple times too) I don't want my baby around there kids!I know thats harsh but it's the truth...there a messy family and it's overwhelming...

Ive cried every night for the past 3 days because I'm just so overwhelmed from us both being sick..i just want my poor baby too feel better.advice would help please,thank you❤
