Abortion with a subchronic hemorrhage

Hi, I’m 12wks 2 days and I’m on an abortion “waiting list”. I have a subchronic hemorrhage bleed and have had it my entire pregnancy... I’ve tried googling about this but can’t seem to find any answers... Will it affect my abortion in a negative way?
