When to try again ?

I started to miscarry this morning .. but we aren’t giving up .. is it okay to try instantly again after the bleeding stops ?

Give your body 2 weeks to have sex after you're done miscarrying. Just because of risk of infection. You should also get your bloods taken multiple times to test out your HCG

Depending on your levels, your body might not rid of hcg or ovulate for some time even after bleeding stops. I didn’t ovulate for 2 months after mine, everyone is different tho. 
Also, I don’t think you should necessarily ask about progesterone. A loss doesn’t automatically mean you need it. I had a loss and had 2 pregnancies after, never needed it! A lot of doctors won’t do even blood work to try to find out why you miscarried unless it’s a reoccurring issue

Yes it’s okay to try again right away. Some people’s bodies consider the miscarriage like a typical period. So after you’re done miscarrying you could ovulate not too long after. It also might be helpful to use ovulation strips to help predict your LH surge. I’d also talk to your doctor about progesterone if you do end up getting pregnant again to help prevent another miscarriage
