Lightning crotch during TWW?

I’ll ask again because my other post wasn’t much commented on. Did anybody get this and turn out to be pregnant or did it end up turning to something else like needing a doctor for.

Context, I got it badly for about an hour and a half. Went from uterus down into vagina and I had to sit in a certain way on the floor mid lesson because I would’ve had to leave the room otherwise. Had excruciating period cramps when I was younger but they’re focused in my back and this felt like what I’d IMAGINE lightning crotch to feel like. It felt like someone shoved a knife and kept going deeper and deeper with it. 7 or 8 DPO today
