bleeding in early pregnancy ?

I’m about 5 weeks pregnant & I’ve been having some brown/pink bleeding since Wednesday and it’s only when I wipe, it doesn’t get in my underwear or anything. I’ve went too the doctor and they did blood work and my levels are at a 121. I retested and I will find out Monday what the results are but has anyone went through this. I’ve also taken test and the lines have gotten darker.. I have some cramps but they are more gas pains then anything. I’ve had a miscarriage back in 2017 and this is nothing like that.
