3 hour glucose test

I had to take the three hour glucose test yesterday (didn’t have to with my first). I got the results back and passed 3 of the 4 blood draws, and am waiting to hear from my doctor. I’ve read so many different things so I’m not sure what my results mean. I can’t help but feel worried, anxious, even embarrassed. I know it’s not necessarily my fault that my numbers are high, it’s hormonal, but I know I haven’t been exercising as much as I should, I haven’t cared about the things I’m eating and I’ve been really stressed at work. I’m in the home stretch of my pregnancy and it’s just not a good feeling to know all of these things could affect my labor and my baby.
