Not engaged..

I been with my boyfriend for 5 years!!!! I’m 31 weeks pregnant with his baby. We live in an apartment and we were gonna buy a house.. but we decided to keep renting bc when the baby turns 5, we plan on moving to North Carolina. So we wanna save all our money up for moving costs, and to buy a house down there. So if he plans on this big future with me. And I’m having his baby, why can’t he propose to me?? We’ve 100% talked about it.. he said he plans to.. but now it’s been over a year and he still hasn’t shown any signs of wanting to get married. I even told him I want to have the same lastname as my baby girl. And he said he will make that happen. But I’m 9 weeks away from giving birth. And 100% no signs of him changing things. I’m not the pushy kind.. bc 1, I want it to be special, not forced. And 2, I don’t want it forced to the point where he’s just doing it and would end up regretting it. But inside of me, it hurts so badly.
