Landlord dog shit

So my landlord who lives in front of us has a dog and we live in the garage which is a studio and she has a dog and her dad came to cut the grass and he used a bin where her kids would put the dog shit in and I noticed it & in our city right now it’s hot so you can only imagine the shit. So I told my boyfriend and he just told me to get a trash bag and clean it up so we wouldn’t have to smell it . I told him I didn’t ask for the grass to be cut and I shouldn’t have to clean it up when it’s not our dog and he said I’m just saying since your at home with our door open. So I started cleaning it up and I almost gagged the smell was unbearable and the shit was literally like wet not dry and it was so much shit piled up I couldn’t take the smell anymore I just stopped . Not even sure when her dad will come back to sweep up the cut grass that’s left on the floor.
