Is this normal ?

I’m already 1 cm dilated and was put on what my doctor called “limited bed rest”. My doctor office was also pretty sure I have a UTI just waiting for results to confirm so they can prescribe something. This morning had cramping and got this. Which has happened to me a few times in this pregnancy but didn’t lead to anything. But if you look, there is some blood in my discharge as well and I was thinking that was part of my mucus plug ?

I’m not worried about the plug, (I’m worried about the blood and the fact that some of it is mixed lol). Baby also is head down and I can feel her pushing her head down and low movements and light pressure.
