I seen this on my 20 month olds mouth today. Is it a canker sore? What can I do to get rid of it and how would he possibly get this?

Answer

If he's accidently bitten it it can ulcerate. I get these from when I bite my lips from anxiety. It's just a minor infection from mouth bacteria. No need to worry but if he's old enough get some bonjela or igloo or something for ulcers
