My case is located in San Diego California and I have been doing research and it says that I would have to be served a summons as well. I was only served the “request for Order” form which tells me the date of the mediation and court hearing date.

Also, his brother and his girlfriend served me at my house. But when I searched it up it says a disinterest 3rd party is supposed to serve me. I’m just wondering if I Was I served correctly?
