Measuring early at dating scan

I had my first scan this morning and today is 8 weeks from my LMP. The tech said I was measuring earlier but wouldn’t let me see the screen and said they didn’t given images before a certain date. The only thing she said was that she could confirm a pregnancy.

I was sent to this specific place by my dr and I’ve never been here before. The reviews aren’t great and some of them say the techs don’t give any information. Maybe this is their policy? I just find the lack of information very unsettling.

My cycles ranged from 27-31 days typically and I know the last time we had sex during that cycle so I would think that I would only be 4ish days earlier than predicted at most so that would put me at 7w3d, which doesn’t seem that far off?

I guess my worry is that this will lead to miscarriage. I’ve had no other spotting or cramping or indications something could be wrong. Have others measured smaller at dating scan and gone on to have healthy babies?
