Uk- private prescriptions??

Every dentist has told me they aren't taking nhs patients and to call 111. 111 are then telling me to call the numbers they gave me and it's a vicious circle!!!! I'm in so much pain!! Wisdom tooth pain. I'm currently covid positive and I can't see a dentist face to face. Is there private dentists that can privately prescribe me pain killers / antibiotics over the phone??? Does that even exist???
